Before founding ACRE Development Partners in 2020, Chip developed extensive experience observing market opportunities and trends on Wall Street with Spear Leeds & Kellogg, Merrill Lynch and Cantor Fitzgerald firm as a key player in rebuilding the firm after 9/11. Throughout his career, he has advised respected investors on market risk and unique investment opportunities.

Chip’s previous experience of observing market trends and his vision toward targeted real estate developments in prime locations serve as key drivers to the strategy and success of ACRE Development Partners.

Art Kennedy brings 34 years of design, construction, and development experience to ACRE Development Partners and holds a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma.

Prior to joining the team, Art has represented global private equity groups as a development oversight officer on numerous projects across Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico and Oklahoma. His previous projects include over 41,000 Class-A market-rate multifamily units, senior family housing, hotel, hospitality and resort, four million square feet of industrial warehouse and distribution centers, and commercial Class-A office build-to-suit.

Art also oversaw a class-A commercial office portfolio of 11 million square feet and managed a staff of 14 to facilitate all building modifications, tenant improvements and land entitlements in Northern and Southern California for the Portfolio.

Khoi Luu is a highly accomplished real estate development and investment professional with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. His expertise spans the full spectrum of multifamily real estate development, from strategic planning and market research to entitlements, project management, and financial analysis. Khoi’s leadership has been instrumental in overseeing large-scale multifamily projects, with a portfolio exceeding 8,000 residential units and over $1.4 billion in total project costs.

Throughout his career, Khoi has held key roles such as Managing Director of Development and Vice President of Development at Kaplan Multifamily. In these roles, he led the development of multifamily projects through their entire life cycle, ensuring they met both financial and strategic goals. He is recognized for his ability to foster high-performance teams, streamline project execution, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, consultants, and investors.

Khoi’s analytical decision-making, coupled with his entrepreneurial mindset, has enabled him to successfully navigate complex real estate transactions and consistently deliver results in high-growth environments. With a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Houston, Khoi continues to be a driving force in commercial real estate development, offering a blend of deep industry knowledge and innovative leadership.

Adam Beauchamp has been immersed in the building industry since childhood. Raised in North Dakota and Oklahoma, he gained hands-on experience working at a lumber company while attending high school and college. With degrees from Northeastern State University and Texas A&M-Commerce, Adam has overseen major construction projects, including two $99 million developments. His expertise in communication, logistics, and leadership ensures projects are completed efficiently and with a deep understanding of the construction process. Adam’s ability to connect with owners, investors, and teams fosters collaboration and streamlined builds that meet the highest standards of quality and execution.
